So I was hunting and scoping for great fashion finds and came across this wonderful yellow bright skirt. JCPenney has great knee length pencil skirts for $25! Love it!!! Get there now and grab one. Colors include black, coral, yellow, mint, and grey. To top it all off....there are black and mint versions with leather side strips and studs.
